WINNERS PRIZE SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning are
based on eligible number of entries at the time of each drawing. At each Drawing Date, winners will

be available from the eligible entries. The first name selected will be classified as Grand Prize
winners and the following three (3) names will be classified as Second Place winners. Winners will

order to acknowledge receipt. If any winner notification remains unanswered for more than seventy-
